Our Body-Mind-Energy sessions are offered on
a one-to-one basis, in-person.

Body-Mind-Energy therapy uses hands-on bodywork to harness the system's natural energy, the breath and psychotherapy based understandings to promote relaxation, insight and trauma release in a safe and confidential environment.
One may leave with an experience a cleared and uplifted sense of being and a deeper understanding of the repeating patterns and cycles in their life.

At baba's, our bodywork approach combines the essential elements of energy, breath, soma (body), and speech. Through a unique blend of pranayama (breath control), pressure points, psychotherapy, and reiki, our practitioners create a holistic and nurturing space, where you may uncover and release trapped energy or trauma within your body and mind.

Our Energy Work draws upon the ancient practice of "laying on hands" and the use of pressure points around the body to allow the smooth flow of an individual's life force energy (ki) throughout their body and energy centres.

During a session, our practitioners use specific techniques to help you deeply relax and enter a meditative state, restoring your nervous system. Through the use of their intuitive voice, they can identify and shift any blockages that may be holding you back from progressing in your life. As a result, your mind and body begin to heal themselves naturally.
