ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS
Our one-to-one sessions are for those looking to work through stress, anxiety or other difficult emotions. Sessions are either 30, 60 or 90 minutes in length
Sessions are one-off or on a longer-term basis.

We offer discounted package sessions over the course or 5 weeks for those wishing to extend the benefits that Mind-Body has to offer.
Having frequent treatment helps to bring awareness gradually to deeper levels of the body so that deeper energetic imprintings can be released.

Our Body-Mind sessions are offered on a one-to-one basis, in-person.
Body-Mind therapy uses hands-on bodywork to harness the system's natural energy, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and and alleviating feelings of anxiety through gentle touch.
One may leave with an experience a cleared and uplifted sense of being.
What is it?

Bodywork at baba's incorporates the aspects of energy, breath, soma (body) and speech. Through a journey of combining the practices of pranayama (control of breath), reiki, pressure points and psychotherapy, you will find yourself holistically held and contained, while potentially uncovering areas of trapped energy or trauma within the body and mind. This particular form of Energy Work is rooted in the practice of "laying on hands" or using pressure points around the body to allow an individual’s life force energy (ki) to move freely and smoothly throughout our body and energy centres.
Within a session the practitioner will use particular techniques to allow one’s body to deeply relax, enter a deep meditative state that helps restore the nervous system and use the voice to intuitively shift blockages that may be holding one back from moving forward in their lives and the psyche and body begin to naturally heal themselves.

ONE-TO-ONEs
The sessions can vary in length, and you will spend the entire session lying fully clothed face up on a soft surface.
It is recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing for your session, avoiding wearing anything tight or restrictive, any accessories or jewellery.
During session's at Baba's, Rebecca will place her hands lightly on or near your body in a series of hand positions, including positions around the head and shoulders, the stomach, and the feet, as well as other positions based on your unique needs, pressure points may also be used to aid in the release of tension or energy blockages in these areas. Each hand position may be held for roughly 3 to 10 minutes, depending on how much the practitioner feels is needed in each position.
Sessions are offered on a one-off or long-term basis, depending on your wants and needs.
