We will provide you with key action points with a recommended timeline that will allow your body to adapt gently to the new lifestyle choices. Additionally, individualised notes on diet and lifestyle advice will be provided post-session.
Before the session you will be emailed detailed questionnaires for you to fill out and for us to analyse prior to our consultation. This will allow us to get an wholistic overview of you and your body.
You will leave with a fuller understanding on how to reduce the build up of toxins in your body, strengthen your digestive fire (Agni), promote calmness in your life and boost your overall energy.
We will follow-up with you after 3 weeks and (optionally) 6 weeks.

Our follow-up sessions are to check-in with you after the 3 and 6 week marks to see how you are adjusting to the lifestyle recommendations discussed in the Initial Consultation.
We will discuss about how you are progressing and will help suggest some changes that you can incorporate as you go from step to step in your journey.
