The physical benefits of deep breathing are often immediate.

By breathing deeply, you can activate your parasympathetic nervous system, and in turn, slow down your heart rate and lower your blood pressure — creating a feeling of complete calmness in the body.

MIND

Breathwork can help you reach a deeper state of mind.

Here, you can access buried emotions, grudges, and traumas to ultimately release yourself from their grip on your mental state. It is also used to help those who have mental health issues and is seen as a way to calm and focus your mind.

SPIRIT

When you practice, you can move beyond your body and mind, and connect with your core spirit—your Self.

In other words, you can connect to a feeling of oneness with the Universe. Many people who practice Breathwork experience spiritual awakenings or attunements

to their inner being.

This session is available to adults who are involved in self-directed education & home-schooling.

 

At baba's, we acknowledge and appreciate the efforts of those undertaking a path aligned with providing small humans with the environment and opportunity to dis-cover the world for themselves, and to express their true authenticity. We believe this approach is integral to creating the new world that many of us collectively envision.

 

We also recognise the inner difficulty and strain that can sometimes arise from going 'against the grain'.

 

This session is designed and intended to provide you with the time and space to connect with your own needs, free your mind, and re-set. After a short introduction to the practice, there will be a 45 minute breathwork session followed by a sharing circle where what's become present for you can be expressed and shared.

 

Conscious connected breathwork is a therapeutic method that harnesses the power of the breath to encourage emotional release, aid in mental digrestion and create clarity within life's situations.

 

It is a powerful tool for self-regulation and stability.
